1. To me "Oh Mercy" is certainly the best album from that time but not a come back album. The major reason why "Oh Mercy" is so good is because of its producer Daniel Lanois. 8 years later Lanoius and Dylan would team up once again and make the Grammy award winning "Time Out Of Mind" album/5().
